PCS Gift Ideas for a Soldier Leaving Fort Drum

A PCS — permanent change of station — is not the same kind of goodbye as a retirement or an ETS. Timing around the move

PCS dates move around more than most people expect — report dates shift, household goods pickup gets rescheduled, block leave gets tacked on. Order earlier than you think you need to.
