Refund policy

Every Little Lab Co. piece is engraved to order, so personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable — except when we get it wrong. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the personalization you entered at checkout, contact us at littlelabco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll re-make it or refund you in full.

Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before placing your order — we engrave exactly what you enter.

Non-personalized (blank) items may be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
